As a Sino-foreign joint venture, Shenzhen Taiyuan Electronics Co., Ltd. specializes in the production of diodes, bridge rectifiers and transistors. Established in 2001, our company is located in Xinxiang of Henan Province, enjoying convenient transportation. Our company covers an area of more than 20,000 square meters and there are more than 800 employees, including all types of professional and technical personnel and over 160 researchers.

We have modern and clean plants and a complete power system. There is a 1000V high-voltage power distribution plant, a gas-making station with 80 cubic meters per hour and a water supply station with one cubic meter per hour. To fully meet the requirements of discrete semiconductor devices and production processes, international advanced production and testing equipment and technology are introduced. Our annual production capability is 3 billion pieces, and 70% of them are exported to North America, Europe and Asia.

There are different complete catalogues of products, including STD series: FR, HER, UF, SF, SKY, DB3, Bridge, H.V. and TVS. Various packages of diodes, small and medium size power transistors are also available. All of our products are produced according to European RoHS standard. With the rapid development of technology in recent years, we have developed SMA, SMB, SMC, SOD-323 and SOD-123 series of diodes, and SOT-23 and SOT-89 series of transistors to meet more customers' needs.
